If you’re reading this, then you’ve survived the World Wide Orgasm intact and are doubtlessly slavering for the next thrilling chapter of THE FOLD. Voila, dear friend. Voila. The unprecedented hair-raisingness of Episode 4 is 1,000,000% guaranteed to leave you white-knuckled and weak-kneed with wetness. While we cannot be held responsible for any sudden shifts in consciousness, extrasensory evolutions, or the uncontrollable swelling of certain soft-tissues, we firmly urge you to jettison your inhibitions and wade with us still deeper into the warm soft waters of THE FOLD.
And finally, a reminder that THE FOLD will be screening live this Friday, Sept. 19th at the fabulous Slipper Room in the East Village at 9:00pm, followed immediately by the Slipper Room’s famous Hot Box Burlesque set. Hope to see you there!
On Friday, Sept 19th, we will be screening the first three episodes of THE FOLD live at The Slipper Room in the East Village, leading right into their Hot Box Burlesque show.
If you’re in NYC then we would love to see you there, and if you haven’t been to the Slipper Room yet, it’s really one of the hottest spots in the city for funny, sexy entertainment.
Please arrive by 9:00, as we will begin screening the episodes very promptly at 9:30. I’ll be staying afterward for cocktails and to watch the burlesque show and I hope that you all will join me. Cheers!
Our third installment of sci-fi sexiness is now up and raring to be absorbed by your senses - but is our physical world prepared for a story of such panty-drenching proportions? Meatware beware!
Cronenberg’s film version of The Fly is one of my favorite sci-fi thrillers of all time, and starting on September 7th, it will be transmogrified into an opera with original music by the film’s composer Howard Shore. Wish I could make it out to LA for the opera’s three-week run, but here’s hoping that the show makes it’s way to NY in the near future. In the meantime, here’s Mr. Shore giving us the low-down on how The Fly Opera went from larval stage to the big stage.
